3. You are responsible for your own interview performance and career decisions. We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your reliance on our services.
4. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

4. Payment and Fees

1. Fees for our services are as stated on the website or as communicated to you in writing.
2. Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
4. All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
5. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, as outlined below.

5. Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• You may request a full refund if you cancel your service booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement.
• If you cancel your service booking less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• Once a service has commenced, no refunds will be provided, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@interviewpreppro.com.au.

6. Intellectual Property

1. The content of this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of InterviewPrepPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
